Cost Medium to high: real cabers, open space, helpers and expert instruction are needed. Medium depending on Highland Games club, clinic, travel and event fees. Highland Games/Scottish heavy athletics group, clinic or festival practice. Do not improvise alone; the safety zone is part of the sport.
