Kurzbeschreibung Acrobatic gymnastics is sport acrobatics in pairs or groups performing balance, dynamic and combined routines.

Geeignet für Suitable for people who want partner work, body tension, strength, flexibility and choreography together.

Cost 20-120 EUR for trial practice, club fee and training wear; mats and floor are provided by the club. 10-60 EUR per month depending on club, training volume and competition level. A gymnastics/acrobatic club is the normal entry because of partner work and spotting. Suitable partners, coaching, mats and progressive technique matter more than expensive gear.

First progress Simple balances often work after a few sessions; competition routines take months to years.
