Fast5

Fast5 is a fast netball variant with five players per team, shorter periods, power play and multi-point shooting zones. It remains netball-based, but fewer players and tactical scoring zones make it much more dynamic.

Getting started

Kurzbeschreibung Five-a-side netball with power play and multi-point shots.

Geeignet für Suitable for people who like netball pace, team roles and tactical shooting decisions.

Cost Low: court, netball and bibs are enough if netball basics are known. Court time, club fee, league/tournament entry and possible equipment. Netball club, university sport, recreational league or Fast5 event. Do not equate Fast5 rules with standard netball; power play and shooting zones change tactics.

First progress Netball-experienced players adapt quickly; zone/power-play tactics take practice.
