Digor

Digor, also called Degor or Dogor, is a traditional Bhutanese target-throwing game using flat round stones. Individuals or teams throw from a set lane toward target pegs, trying to land their stones closer to the target or displace opposing stones. Rules and play contexts are local, so no unified world federation is claimed.

Getting started

Kurzbeschreibung Bhutanese target-throwing game with flat stones, target pegs and local proximity/hit scoring.

Geeignet für Suitable for groups seeking traditional outdoor precision without complex equipment.

Cost Very low if safe flat stones and markers are available. No fixed equipment beyond suitable stones, target markers and safe space. More a cultural/community/festival context than a classic club. Safety and local rule agreement matter more than standardised equipment.

First progress Basic throwing is immediate; controlled placement and displacement need several rounds.
