Run Archery

Run archery combines running loops with archery shooting. Athletes alternate running and shooting series; hits, penalty loops or time penalties and safe range commands make it biathlon-like but with a bow instead of a rifle.

Cost Medium: loan bow, club range and running loop are enough; own gear only after safety and technique basics. Club fee, bow/arrows/quiver, event entry and possible running/protective clothing. Archery club with run-archery offer or event series. Shooting safety comes before pace; increase running load only when handling stays calm.

First progress Shot grouping and run transitions after a few sessions; competition-level pulse control needs training.
