Barlauf

Barlauf is a traditional team game without a ball. Two groups start behind opposite base lines; points are scored through tagging, rescuing prisoners and through-runs. Because modern federation sources are limited, this entry is treated as a source-limited group game.

Getting started

Kurzbeschreibung Barlauf is a tactical no-ball tag game for two large groups.

Geeignet für Suitable for groups that want outdoor running, baiting, reaction and team tactics.

Cost Very low: markings, large space and game leaders are enough. Very low in school, youth-group or recreation contexts. School, youth group, camp, gymnastics club or educational recreation group. Clarify rules and safe spacing first; do not assume a modern federation sport structure.
